 Man,... I have my bruteforce in the shop for the second time since I bought it. Fist time the whole wiring harness burned up. That, was under warranty. Now,... the second time I have ever been stuck,.... the dirve belt goes out on me. I have run it in water before but not when I got it stuck. I got stuck in red clay not really wet mud. Do these things go thru belts that fast or is something else going here? Tell me what you think, have I got a lemon? It's an 08 model and it goes like a champ when it's not in the shop. I don't run it hard at all. I have run it hard a time or two and thats just not as fun as putting around in the woods. I just wonder whay these things seem to be happening this soon after I bought them or am I expecting to much? 8)

I have a 2005 yamaha 350 with the automatic belt drive and have never had a problem. I hit a water hole pretty hard one time and it caused my belt to slip for a little while but that has been it. I dont know any thing about the brute forces make up. I use mine for hauling deer out of the woods and I have a pull behind mower that works it pretty hard, I would prefer a gear drive for the mower pulling but still have had no problems.
