I watched this from another source several times over several weeks. There was no info with the video to tell anything about it. It kept bugging me. Was it real or computer generated?I then searched for this machine elsewhere on the web and found the video posted below. Believe it or not it was made with old John Deere parts.

Fantastic Machine

From YouTube caption wrote:
This incredible machine was built as a collaborative effort between The Robert M. Trammell Music Conservatory and the Sharon Wick School of Engineering at the University of Iowa. Amazingly, 97% of the machines components came from John Deere Industries and Irrigation Equipment of Bancroft, Iowa, yes farm equipment!

The truth(?) is posted here:
http://www.truthorfiction.com/rumors/a/animusic.htm

The eRumor is a hoax.

Quote:
The music is actually an acclaimed example of what is called "animated music" and is titled Pipe Dream. It is from www.animusic.com and is included on a DVD of other animated music productions.
