I wouldnt even think of posting this story if i didnt know it to be true, told to me by the county sherrif himself. Theres a fellow in the north end of our county, and although he is a nice fellow, he is shall we say, mentally challenged. well he lives in a remote area, but some poeple that kinda knew him and kinda kept an eye out had called the sherrifs dept and asked them to check on him as he had been acting kindof agitated. When the deputy approached his place, he welcomed them in, when they noticed one door all barricaded up. When they asked about the door, he proceeded to tell the deputys that he had "caught" a "troll" and that they couldnt open the door or he might get away. He kept insisting they leave his "troll" alone, it was his and he had caught it. Well the officers couldnt leave without figuring out what this troll was. they figured he had caught some animal or something. Turns out when they got in the room, seems there was a fellow that happened to be spreading the word of jesus in the area, and just so happened he was a dwarf... Yes a Midget type dwarf. The mentally challenged fellow just knew he had caught a "troll".I can just imagine mentally the "capture". He had the smaller gentleman tied up in the bedroom for about thirty hours.like i said, if the sherriff hadnt told me this first hand, i wouldnt have believed it either. No one was charged. and everyone involved seemed to want to just go home and forget it happened.true story although it does sound like an Andy Griffith episode So if yall get way out in the country and maybe dont look like the locals, Be Careful out there!!Just thought id share with you guys-Phil

:D I read a story about a family that had gone on a vacation for a few weeks. Well,... while they were gone this dude decides he's gonna rob them and breaks into the house. When he broke in, he broke in the house. As he was leaving he decided to check out the garage, bad move,... the house door closed behind him and he found he was now locked in the garage. Apparently,.. not as good at breaking out, as he was at breaking in, he spent the entire vacation in the garage. When the family returned and found him there they called the law. When it all went to court the home owner was charged with false inprisionment. That will never happen to me. I don't know that I could keep from shooting him when I saw, just what he had been upto. I bet he was hungry  But now that I know, it can go that way at the very least, I think I would have to buy a new 9 iron. 8)
